  1. Ordering

Items must be ordered via https://saboramexico.dk/shop/. In special cases, orders can be made by phone or e-mail (eg regular business customers with an account).

Agreements can only be concluded in Danish and English.

You must be 18 years of age to shop at https://saboramexico.dk/shop/. – if you are under 18 you must have the consent of your parents.

  1. Payment

Payment can be made online at https://saboramexico.dk/shop/. with Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, e-Dankort or Diners Club unless otherwise agreed. No card fee is charged. If the item is collected, it can be paid in cash at the latest on collection.

Private customers can also choose MobilePAy Invoice with up to 24 months credit.

We only raise the amount when the goods are shipped, and a larger amount can never be raised than approved by the purchase.

Business Customers

For business customers, payment can be made by card as mentioned above and in addition payment by bank and Public customers electronic invoicing (EAN). Note that for prepay by bank, the payment is typically recorded after 1-2 business days and the order processing and thus delivery time applies in this case, only from this point.

  1. Delivery

The price to have the item delivered depends on the weight and volume of the order. Under the item Shipping / Shipping at https://saboramexico.dk/shop/, the current shipping prices can be found at any time. As a rule, all parcels are delivered with Pakke.dk unless the customer picks up himself.

The delivery time is usually 2-4 business days from ordering until you receive it by mail. The expected delivery time will be indicated in the order confirmation e-mail as well as when you select “shopping cart”. The stated delivery time is in number of working days excl. Saturday and is an expected and thus not a guaranteed time, unless otherwise agreed.

If you need a product to be delivered within a short period or at a specific time, we always recommend that you contact us by e-mail or telephone and have the delivery time confirmed. If, in connection with an order, a date is set for when the goods will be used further ahead, we will typically produce and ship the order 1-2 weeks before that date.

Delivery is considered to have taken place when the customer has received the goods. The item is delivered when the customer physically has it in his custody, Flex is delivered, or is delivered in the customer’s mailbox.

Note that we expect pakke.dk to deliver day-to-day, but that up to 5-7% of all shipments via PostNor, GLS, DABO will, statistically, be delayed and thus can extend the delivery time.

  1. Right of withdrawal

When you as a consumer shop at https://saboramexico.dk/shop/. you have 14 days right of withdrawal.

The cancellation right expires 14 days after the day you received your order. For part deliveries from the day you get the last item delivered.

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given in writing by email or letter. In your communication, please make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and return. You will find it with your order confirmation (at the bottom of this document).

You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice at the same time.

You must return your order to us without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the item. This also applies to return shipping that Post Nord charges for unpacked packages.

You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods. Therefore, we recommend that the item be returned in a proper manner, e.g. in the same way you received it. When you ship goods back to us, they must be sent to:

You can also cancel the purchase by giving clear notice and delivering it in person at the above address against prior arrangement.

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.

The condition of the item when you return it

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item. In principle, goods that cannot be sold as new have no or very low value, since we do not sell used goods.

Therefore, in order to receive the full purchase price, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but do not use it for real use.

Repayment of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will of course refund the amount you paid us. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted.

If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received your decision to cancel this agreement. We’ll process such a refund with the same payment method you used in the original transaction.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation before returning it.

Packages sent per no claims are received.

 

 

 

Exceptions

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are:

Products that are manufactured to the consumer’s specifications or have a distinct personal touch, including products printed on the customer’s pictures.

Food

You will also lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

The right of withdrawal does not apply when dealing directly with Sabor a Mexico DK at our physical address, at trade fairs, etc.

Business Customers

For business customers (business to business), the right of withdrawal does not apply. However, we gladly take goods back by prior arrangement and on terms that are agreed individually. 

  1. Right of complaint

The Purchasing Act’s deficiency rules may apply to goods purchases.

When you shop at https://saboramexico.dk/shop/ you as a consumer have of course 24 months right of complaint from the day the item was delivered. This means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation. This, of course, requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior and that any. Warranty labels are unbroken.

It must be advertised within a reasonable time after you discover the defect in the item. If, within the right of complaint, the period is advertised within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the item is broken during transport, you should immediately contact the authority responsible for delivery (eg PostNord or GLS) upon receipt.

We will refund reasonable documented shipping costs that you may incur in returning the item when the claim is justified. We recommend that you contact us before return, as we can send a return package label so that you do not have to pay for return shipping.

When you want to advertise a product, it must be submitted to us at our address. You can find our address at https://saboramexico.dk/shop/ under “contact”. Copy of purchase documentation (invoice) must always be sent. If the purchase cannot be documented, the repair will be settled according to applicable tariffs. Always remember to return the item in proper packaging

When returning the item, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible.

We would like you to write us an e-mail prior to the return as it facilitates our processing and minimizes the time for the complaint. Here we can also help ensure that there is a fault with the product and not a fault with the operation. But that is not a requirement.

Note – We do not receive parcels sent by mail. demand or other.

If a product is submitted for warranty repair where no defects can be found, you will be charged an examination fee.

Business Customers

For business customers (business to business), one year’s right of complaint applies from the original invoice date. Replacement or repair does not result in a new 1 year warranty period.

  1. Responsibility

Products where the customer supplies his own material, Sabor a Mexico DK has no responsibility, for the customer’s lack of authority for reproduction, reproduction or publication of writing, drawings, patterns, illustrations, texts, trademarks or other business characteristics that may be subject to the rights of third parties. If Sabor a Mexico DK incurs liability to third parties on the grounds of the customer’s failure to exercise the additional rights of third parties, the customer holds Sabor a Mexico DK indemnified for such liability.
